- Monday – Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM

1. Is parking available? Yes, EdSquare provides ample parking facilities for our guests.
2. Do you cater to large groups or events? Absolutely, we offer set menus for gatherings of more than 15 people. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
3. Are reservations required? While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making a reservation to ensure a seamless dining experience, especially during peak hours.

Terms & Conditions
- Bookings are made for a maximum of 1.5 hours (strictly maintained on Friday, Saturday and Sunday – flexible on other days, subject to availability).
- No-shows or cancellations for bookings of 11 or more people made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $10 per person.
- For bookings of 11 people and over, Group Dining menu/Set-menu options must be taken.
- Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time. We reserve the right to classify the booking as a no-show. For bookings 11 people and over, you will be charged for $10pp.
- A 10% surcharge applies for A La Carte Menu on group bookings of 11 people and over (subject to availability).
- Upon arrival there might be a slight delay in getting your table ready, this is generally due to our reluctance to rush our dinners. However, we will do everything possible to have your table ready at the earliest.
- We do not allocate/designate tables to bookings. Tables are allocated on the day based on availability and weather.
- We do not allow split payments. One payment method per table is accepted.
- An extra 10% surcharge applies on all public holidays.
- EFTPOS/Credit card 1.5% surcharge applies.
- Sauces & dishes may have traces of fish sauce, nuts and meat product. Let our crew know if you have dietary requests.
- For the safety, health, and comfort of all patrons, Kitchai does not permit outside food, beverages, or alcoholic drinks to be brought into or consumed on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons violating this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
